You will strategize to enhance market penetration and foster long-term relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on our specialized services in case packing and palletizing as well as tailored packaging projects. Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target markets. Understand customer needs and develop tailored proposals that align with our advanced packaging solutions. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies and enhance product offerings. Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals. Strategic thinking and analytical skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
