Day Shift Supervisor

Oversee the production process and ensure that all operations are carried out in an efficient and timely manner. Manage and guide the manufacturing team, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational protocols. Monitor equipment and request maintenance when necessary to ensure continuous production. Conduct regular quality checks on production outputs to maintain the high standards of Bundy Baking Solutions. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Prepare and present reports on team performance, production rates, and other critical metrics. Assist in the training and development of staff to ensure a highly skilled workforce. Proficiency in manufacturing software and operation monitoring tools. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
