Project Manager - Industrial

At New River Electrical Corporation, we seek a skilled Project Manager to oversee our Industrial Projects within the construction sector of electrical contracting services. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing complex projects across utility and industrial markets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and at the highest quality levels. Develop and implement project plans that align with company goals and compliance standards. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation, managing the logistics of personnel and materials efficiently. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, establishing and maintaining relationships with third party vendors and suppliers. Perform risk management to minimize project risks, handling any arising issues and troubleshooting as necessary. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, tracking project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed, maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Proven working experience in project management, specifically in industrial and construction environments. Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, construction, and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD). Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
