Job Description

The Manager of Adult Programs at the Sid Jacobson Jewish Community Center (SJJCC) is pivotal in fostering wellness, culture, and connection among the adult population of Long Island. This role involves strategic program planning, development, implementation, and evaluation aimed at enriching the lives of adults through diverse and impactful community-focused services. Develop, implement, and evaluate adult programs that align with SJJCC?s mission and objectives. Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify community needs and tailor programs accordingly. Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and financial sustainability. Lead and supervise program staff, fostering an environment of collaboration and professional growth. Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to maximize participation in adult programs. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of programs, making data-driven decisions to enhance services. Cultivate relationships with community leaders, partners, and donors to support program goals and expansion. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in program evaluation and data analysis software Financial management and budgeting experience Ability to inspire and motivate teams
