We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Specialist to enhance customer experiences by providing exceptional service and support. This role demands a pro-active approach in addressing client inquiries, processing insurance claims, and contributing broadly to our commitment to deliver personalized and efficient service solutions aimed at client retention and satisfaction. Respond to client inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism Process insurance claims and ensure accurate documentation in a timely manner Assist clients in understanding the various insurance products and services available to them Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to facilitate policy adjustments, renewals, and new client onboarding Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback Follow up on customer interactions and ensure all client issues are resolved Provide insights to clients on claim status and insurance policy details Deliver on service level agreements and performance metrics set by the organization Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Empathetic and client-centered approach Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
