Outside Sales Executive

Dreisilker Electric Motors, Inc., a leader in the electric motor repair and maintenance industry, is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales in new and existing markets. With a focus on preservation and innovation in motor-driven systems, the ideal candidate will leverage their technical knowledge and sales expertise to effectively promote our specialized services and solutions. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by engaging potential clients in the engineering and architecture sectors. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for additional service offerings. Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of Dreisilker Electric Motors? services. Work closely with the technical team to understand service specifications and requirements, ensuring accurate and effective customer proposals. Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics. Provide timely and detailed feedback on market trends, potential leads, and the competitive landscape. Manage sales pipeline and client records in the company?s CRM software. Attend industry conferences and events to build network and enhance market visibility. Strong technical knowledge of electric motors and motor-driven systems. Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand and translate complex technical information for non-technical clientele. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
