Job Description

The Maintenance Technician at Enjet Aero is responsible for maintaining and repairing the advanced machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of precision components for aerospace and defense industries. This role requires a thorough knowledge of maintenance protocols for high-tech aerospace machinery, a commitment to safety standards, and a strong attention to detail to ensure all equipment operates at optimal levels. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment to ensure continuous operations. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment. Maintain detailed records of maintenance tasks and machinery statuses to comply with industry regulations. Collaborate with the engineering team to implement machine improvements and optimizations for increased productivity. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service. Proven proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems. Experience with CNC machines and turbine engines preferred. Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including schematics and maintenance manuals.
