Licensed Manager

As a Licensed Manager at Sport Clips, you will lead a team in our sports-themed environment, providing exceptional service and leadership in our haircutting franchise, specifically targeting men and boys. You will manage daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and team performance while promoting our range of high-quality haircare products. Oversee and manage all aspects of the store operations to ensure optimal performance and compliance with all Sport Clips standards and regulations. Train and develop staff, schedule employees, and maintain staffing levels according to business needs. Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve any customer-related issues promptly. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain store efficacy and security. Manage inventory control, including ordering and maintaining product supply and ensuring product availability. Monitor and manage the financial performance of the store, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the store environment according to health and safety regulations.
