As a Licensed Manager at Sport Clips, you will lead and oversee the operations of a sports-themed haircutting salon targeting men and boys. You will manage staffing, service quality, and salon atmosphere while upholding the Sport Clips brand standards and driving financial success. Lead and manage salon staff including recruitment, training, and performance management. Ensure high standards of customer service and care are maintained, reflecting the sports-themed environment. Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, cleanliness, and compliance with state cosmetology regulations. Implement and monitor strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals. Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining haircare products. Manage online check-in systems and optimize client booking and flow. Handle client complaints and issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and review financial reports and budgetary allocations.
