As a Licensed Manager at Sport Clips, you will lead a team in a dynamic, sports-themed environment focused on providing superior hair care services tailored specifically to men and boys. This role is pivotal in upholding our commitment to an outstanding client experience while managing daily operations and fostering a collaborative team environment. Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Recruit, train, and mentor staff while promoting a team-oriented atmosphere. Manage client scheduling, staff rosters, and resource allocation to optimize service efficiency and client satisfaction. Ensure the shop environment is clean, organized, and aligned with our sports-themed branding. Manage inventory and order supplies, maintaining budgetary guidelines. Handle client conflicts and resolutions, ensuring all clients receive excellent service. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance. Implement marketing and promotional efforts to increase customer base and achieve sales targets.
