Job title: Contracts Administrator Location: Paris, France Client: Operator Employment Type: Renewable Contract About You You are an experienced Contracts & Procurement professional with a strong background in contract administration, tendering processes and compliance within complex, large-scale project ideally in the offshore wind or broader energy sector. You have solid experience with procurement software (Ariba, ERP systems), excellent organizational skills, and thrive in an international, multi-stakeholder environment. You are proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage high volumes of documentation and processes with precision. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or German is an advantage. About the Role As a Contracts Administrator, you will provide critical support to the project team to ensure the smooth delivery of all Contracts & Procurement (C&P) activities for multiple major offshore wind projects in the North Sea and Baltic Sea. Your responsibilities will include administering tender processes, reviewing and coordinating contract documents, organizing procurement documentation, supporting compliance and audits, preparing reports and conducting supplier due diligence. You will work closely with the C&P Lead and project team to maintain procurement process control, implement best practices, and ensure full compliance with internal rules, industry standards and applicable regulations.
