Location: Nova Lima/MG (ten minutes away from BH Shopping) Open Hours: 08:30 to 17:30 – Monday to Friday – Hybrid (In-person x3) Job responsibilities Collect, process and analyze data related to commercial performance (sales, proposals, churn, average ticket, opportunities, among others). Develop and maintain business performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards in Excel and/or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Create executive presentations with analysis, insights, and recommendations for sales, marketing, and leadership teams. Identify market patterns, trends, and opportunities based on internal and external data. Support the sales team in monitoring goals, productivity, and process efficiency. Ensure the integrity and reliability of data used for decision-making. Contribute to the governance of commercial information and processes in the area. Interact with areas such as Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Technology to support strategic initiatives. Requirements Previous experience in Business Intelligence, BI or Data Analysis focused on sales. Advanced Excel and Powerpoint. Experience with BI tools, such as Power BI (desirable). Analytical capacity and strategic vision applied to the business. Good communication skills and ability to translate data into clear, actionable narratives. Organization, attention to detail and focus on results. You stand out if Worked in a dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy.
