Two years ago, Albelissa launched a recruitment and selection group, which we now aim to expand to develop further and acquire new clients in Veneto. Position: Recruitment Sales Consultant The primary objectives for the SALES CONSULTANT will be to actively contribute to business development and strengthen Albelissa's presence in the Veneto region by generating offers and providing consulting to clients for the recruitment and hiring of new employees or consultants. Experience Experience in the commercial area managing clients and coordinating a research team when necessary. A consolidated client portfolio and necessary relationships for this role. A strategic vision on how to grow an account and develop cross-selling opportunities. Necessary Characteristics for the Position Self-entrepreneur with strong determination and ambition to achieve objectives quickly, with remuneration progressively based on revenue achieved. Compensation: 100% variable, composed of 20% on project origination and 10% on candidate research & delivery. No cap on earnings. Location: Veneto (Padova, Verona, Treviso). Weekly travel for client meetings. Full-time, freelance consultancy contract. Full-time working hours. Required Skills Strong commercial skills and excellent knowledge of recruiting processes. Ability to work independently and coordinate remote research teams in Italy and abroad. Fluent in English. Degree in computer science, engineering, psychology, or equivalent work experience.
