Senior Process & Industrialization Manager Join to apply for the Senior Process & Industrialization Manager role at Jefferson Wells Italia . Our client company is a leader in precision mechanical machining for the automotive and industrial sectors. We are seeking to strengthen their Engineering Department with a Senior Process & Industrialization Manager . The candidate will analyze drawings provided by customers to identify the appropriate manufacturing processes for each product. They will collaborate daily with production and workshop teams, contribute to equipment and tool design, work with Process Engineering, and define the setup phase for production, with a focus on cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Study and optimize manufacturing processes. Industrialize new products. Optimize CNC machining processes (turning/milling). Conduct Time & Motion Analysis. Requirements: Technical degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or similar. Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive sector. Deep knowledge of CNC programming languages, especially FANUC. Advanced skills in 3D CAD software: ZW3d, Visi, AutoCAD. Proficiency in CAM software: ESPRIT. Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality standards. Strong ability to interpret mechanical drawings. Knowledge of tools and equipment for CNC machines. Experience with laboratory measurement systems. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively. Location: Province of Turin.
