We offer an excellent opportunity for a self-directed SharePoint Developer, Journeyman in support of a DoD organization located in Vicenza, Italy. This position requires OCONUS travel. Responsibilities: Design and create SharePoint sites using web UI tools or SharePoint Designer. Apply practical knowledge of SharePoint architecture, workflows, and development tools. Develop user controls, dashboards, master pages, and workflows with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and ASP.NET. Troubleshoot software issues and debug code. Monitor and maintain SharePoint applications on SIPR/NIPR networks. Perform SharePoint administration and configuration. Conduct stress testing to ensure system performance. Advise content teams on document profiling and customization. Integrate .NET applications and SharePoint with SQL Server databases. Maintain and troubleshoot SharePoint environments. Qualifications: Required: 4-7 years of experience or equivalent with a BA/BS in a related field. Secret clearance with ability to retain. Proficiency in SharePoint development and administration. Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, .NET, and SQL Server. Experience developing workflows, user controls, dashboards. Strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to collaborate with content management teams. Experience with stress testing and performance analysis. Desired: Microsoft Certified in SharePoint or Pervue Cert.
