Join our Team Our team actively interacts with other Commercial / Sales / product leadership organizations worldwide, developing proposals for spare parts, field services, repairs, maintenance lists, and other transactional activities; leading negotiations with customers; ensuring deals meet Company requirements; and driving competitive pricing. Partner with the best Our Tender Manager will compile and submit required tender documentation in line with Company standards and requirements. You will manage complex short to long-term commercial projects, proposals, and contracts, including pricing and terms and conditions. As Tender Manager, you will be responsible for: Preparing proposals/bids, contract negotiation, and ensuring compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Handling commercial activities in highly complex markets. Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance, and other departments. Leading an assigned geographical area with medium-sized estimated orders, developing a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, and competition. Actively developing and utilizing financial and non-financial analytics and metrics as needed. Fostering the company's core values and ethical behaviors. Participating in internal strategic activities or initiatives under the competencies of the Center of Excellence commercial team. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will: Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with several years of experience in Sales). Have several years of experience in Sales/Commercial/Bid roles (minimum 3 years in Tender/Bid). Possess strong communication and leadership skills in Italian and English (B2 minimum). French or Arabic is a plus. Have an inclusive mindset and the ability to work and collaborate in multicultural teams. Have effective problem-solving skills, be a clear thinker, and a fast learner. Be available to travel for business when required.
