We are currently seeking a Heaters and Boilers Engineer, reporting directly to the H&B Section Head, to join our Engineering team based in Rome, Italy. About the opportunity: The candidate will manage Firing Heaters, Boilers, and Firing Equipment Packages on proposals, FEED, and EPC projects. Responsibilities include preliminary design, sizing, specification writing, vendor follow-up, safety and environmental considerations, constructability analysis, and more. Key interactions are with project teams, procurement, proposal, construction, clients, vendors, and suppliers. The role includes: Preparing project technical specifications Material requisitions for inquiry and purchase Technical bid analysis Managing detailed engineering and vendor documentation Coordination with other engineering disciplines Adhering to schedule and budget Reporting activities Ensuring quality and HSE objectives Interface with procurement and planning Travel for meetings, site visits, and vendor workshops You will have opportunities for business trips, site visits, and supporting erection, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
