General Information Industry: Corporate decision-making, management, and operational consulting Business Area: Financial Performance Management Years of Experience: 4 years Degree: Master’s Degree in STEM fields such as Engineering, Economics, etc. Employment Contract: Permanent Headquarters: Milan, Italy Role and Responsibilities The Senior Business Analyst will participate in international projects for multinational corporations, coordinate team resources, and leverage both functional and technical competencies, including configuring and implementing SAP modules or other technologies in the Controlling Area. The role involves supporting our Financial Performance Business Unit and contributing to business development activities such as creating new offerings, scouting prospects, and evaluating opportunities. Key activities include: Process analysis: Gathering and analyzing business requirements to define operating models. Process redesign: Conducting functional analysis and system customization to support project implementation. Process automation: Utilizing disruptive technologies like drones, interconnected solutions, dashboards, big data, and cloud computing to automate and standardize processes. Business process optimization: Assisting in ERP and technological platform implementations, from design to deployment. Creating presentations and conducting training sessions for key users, providing post-go-live support. Qualifications Experience in consulting firms and SAP projects. Excellent command of Italian and English. Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Strong interest in business processes, technology, and Industry 5.0. Knowledge of SAP CO and its submodules; familiarity with ABAP or other programming languages is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office.
