Incoming Accounting Specialist

Position Summary We are seeking a person to join the Logistics team in the role of Incoming and Logistic Specialist at our Reggio Emilia headquarters. Main Responsibilities Receiving incoming materials Processing outbound documentation for suppliers Verifying invoices and delivery notes (DDT) Archiving documents in paper and electronic formats Analyzing warehouse accounting (adjustments) through logical and physical stock checks Job Position Requirements Education: University bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics Professional Background At least 5 years of experience in multinational, medium-structured environments At least 5 years in plant logistics functions (receiving and storage processes) Hard Skills Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel) Fluent in spoken and written English (minimum level B1/B2) Experience with SAP MM and WM modules Preferred Skills Power BI Soft Skills Team-oriented mindset Good organizational and time management skills Autonomy and strong decision-making abilities Excellent interpersonal skills Initiative and problem-solving capabilities We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, disability, or any other protected class.
