The Prepared Food & Beverage team offers a challenging position in an open and friendly environment. We are seeking a Global Technology Manager for our Parma site. About the job We seek a Global Technology Manager to support the Global Sales team within the Prepared Food & Beverage industry by providing competitive solutions, fostering customer relationships, and emphasizing sustainable food processing. You will develop and optimize the product portfolio, focusing on sterilization and aseptic filling of food products. In this role, you will: Support sales activities, participate in customer meetings and technical discussions; Develop strategies and focus areas based on input from Global Sales; Drive competence development of the Global Technology team in Industry, Application, Process, and Product; Follow up on sales and activity targets and plan resources; Handle complex quotation requests focusing on technical solutions; Drive standardization and development of the filler portfolio; Monitor profitability and performance of the entire product portfolio; Manage a team of global technology experts. What you know You have a degree in Engineering or Food Science and: Minimum 10 years of experience in the prepared food & beverage sector; A strong background in mechanical and food process engineering; Proven success in technical/project sales, with the ability to persuade customers and make strategic decisions; Customer-oriented approach with excellent relationship-building skills; Experience in the aseptic field (sterilization, filling) is advantageous; Ability to adapt flexibly to diverse customer needs; Fluent in English.
