The Administration Manager will be part of the Administrative Department at the Corporate Office and will report directly to the CFO . This role is responsible for overseeing the accounting, tax, and administrative processes of the hotel company, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, while supporting financial planning. Main responsibilities include: Supervising general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank accounts, fixed assets, and cost accounting. Preparing annual financial statements in collaboration with legal auditors and tax consultants. Managing tax compliance (VAT, property tax, periodic and annual tax returns). Assisting in the preparation of the annual cash flow budget and monthly forecasts. Coordinating administrative activities across departments and hotel structures within the group. Managing administrative activities related to tax contributions and benefits under Italian and European regulations. Managing relationships with banks, suppliers, external consultants, and tax authorities. Overseeing payroll registration in collaboration with the HR department, including accounting entries for salaries, severance pay, social charges, bonuses, and welfare. Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and updating them according to applicable laws. Managing and developing the administrative team through training and resources. Requirements: Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or structured companies/ accounting firms. Knowledge of national accounting principles (OIC) and corporate taxation. Experience with ERP management software (e.g., Opera, Microsoft Navision, NetSuite, SAP, Zucchetti). Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Soft Skills: Leadership and team management abilities. Precision, confidentiality, and reliability. Problem-solving and stress management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of written and spoken English.
