In this role, you will work for a multi-cloud application delivery vendor as part of a growing team. Our organization leads in implementing technology for application delivery and security across multiple infrastructures—on-premises, in the cloud, or hybrid, globally. About The Role You will be a customer-facing professional collaborating with clients, guiding them on F5 Technology use to implement solutions that address challenges or meet business objectives. You will provide consultancy and mentorship regarding F5 Modules. It is essential that you can speak Italian and a second language, either German or French. You should understand and articulate project goals and success factors, engaging in dialogue to meet client needs. Requirements Develop and maintain proficiency in core F5 products and technologies through self-directed and formal training. Take on technical responsibilities, including systems architecture, hardware/software specifications, design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment. Perform consulting activities such as installations, migrations, upgrades, configurations, creating iRules, security updates, access policies, and troubleshooting across various F5 engagements. Identify additional product or service opportunities within the customer organization. Manage partner and customer interactions from project scoping to delivery, documentation, and follow-up. Handle basic project management tasks like status reports, time tracking, and expectation management. Work with F5 BIG-IP software to automate deployment tasks and develop cloud deployment strategies. Provide expertise in application security, focusing on L7 WAF capabilities and defensive strategies against DoS and BOT attacks.
