Medical Manager (Field) - Northern Italy Senior Principal Consultant (Medical) at BioTalent, part of The IN Group BioTalent is partnering with a growing international pharma company seeking a Medical Manager to join their team in Northern Italy. This role involves working alongside another Medical Manager in Italy, with responsibility for devising and executing medical strategy. Your key activities in this role include: Managing pre-launch and post-launch medical activities Mapping and establishing relationships with KOLs Driving Real-World Evidence and Data (RWE/D) studies Creating medical content such as slide decks and briefing KOLs for congresses and symposia in line with brand strategy Organizing Advisory Boards Responding to medical information requests from healthcare professionals Overseeing Investigator-Initiated Trials (IIT) Providing medical input to marketing projects in accordance with European strategy Ensuring all activities comply with regulatory, legal, and internal standards Ideally, you will have: A degree in a medical or scientific discipline The ability to travel approximately 60% across Northern Italy for meetings Strategic experience with pre-launch and launch activities At least 3 years of direct experience in developing KOL relationships within an MSL capacity Experience in leading RWE and evidence generation activities Experience working in Oncology For a confidential discussion, contact Ella Jobson at 44 203 9601278 or ella.jobson@biotalent.com, or click apply.
