Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree with excellent grades in economics, finance, statistics, or engineering disciplines, along with solid quantitative knowledge Experience and/or skills in ESG risk management, focusing on data collection, measurement, analysis, and reporting Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); programming skills (e.g., Python) are a plus Additional qualifying experience includes: Analysis of regulatory environment and best practices in ESG risk management for financial institutions Implementation of ESG disclosure standards (TCFD, TNFD, EU Taxonomy, EBA-ESG Pillar 3) Knowledge of banking regulatory reporting templates Understanding of corporate sustainability reporting standards (NFRD, CSRD, GRI, SASB) Soft Skills: Strong communication and management skills Problem-solving and solution proposing abilities Organizational and data processing skills Team-building and interpersonal skills (empathy, open-mindedness, flexibility) Excellent command of English Location: Bologna / Milan What We Offer: Compensation, Welfare & Benefits: Our investment in our people includes a comprehensive 'Total Compensation' package, encompassing fixed and variable pay, welfare plans, and various benefits aimed at employee well-being.
