The company is looking for a Head of PMO based in Piacenza, reporting directly to the CFO of the Italy platform, whose main activities will be: Team management: both of Getec personnel (2 FTE) and external PMO consultants (4 FTE) Local Road Map Definition And Management Collect dept/team needs/requests Ensure that projects are aligned with short and long-term goals of the business and are properly prioritized Manage dependencies between projects and between projects and day-to-day activities Manage projects during all phases, from kick-off to monitoring/closing, including project documentation and meetings scheduling Monthly reporting Define, implement, and maintain an efficient project governance framework SAP implementation: project manager for SAP implementation of all Italian legal entities Alignment with Group functions such as: PMO, IT, and Post Merger Integration Hard Skills University degree in Economics & Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience 10 years of working experience, including 5 years as a Project/Program manager Preferred at least 5 years of experience in consulting firms in project manager roles Soft Skills Strong analytical skills to assess situations and identify solutions Project management abilities to plan, coordinate, and deliver on tasks Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and support teams Effective communication skills for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders Organizational skills to manage priorities and meet deadlines Problem-solving skills with practical and creative approaches Location: Gragnano Trebbiense (Piacenza) with commuting to other Group offices, in particular Assago and Alessandria COSA OFFRIAMO Stimulating environment with opportunities for professional growth through training, innovative projects, and on-the-job experiences Working in a growing company in the energy sector, focused on efficiency, sustainability, and technological innovation Dynamic company culture attentive to health and well-being, with welfare and wellbeing projects We value diversity and welcome applications regardless of gender, nationality, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, or sexual orientation and identity.
