About the Role : Position : DevOps Support Engineer Location : Milan, Italy (Client Office) Employment Type : Permanent ONLY Language : English Job Description The DevOps support engineer will work during standard hours (8x5) supporting DevOps platforms such as Bitbucket, Jira, Rational Doors, and Unity. Responsibilities include resolving access and configuration issues across these platforms. The current ticket volume is approximately 30 tickets per month, with an average resolution time of 12 business days. Skills and Qualifications : Experience scripting in Bash or Python Experience managing Git user configurations and branching strategies Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, or similar Experience managing Bitbucket repositories and Jira projects, either on-premises or in the cloud Ability to support DevOps activities for multiple Agile Scrum and Kanban teams within a platform engineering model Good to Have : Experience in the Aerospace or Defence industry Familiarity with IBM Rational DOORS Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, NewRelic Experience with systems monitoring tools like Nagios J-18808-Ljbffr
