What We Do We design, implement, and commercialize innovative devices for digital and additive manufacturing, focusing on processing polymeric materials, especially post-processing. Our first product, a breakthrough in post-processing, is the 3DFinisher, which produces waterproof, impact-resistant plastic objects ready for use, eliminating complex post-processing. We are hiring a motivated, results-oriented Market Analyst to conduct market research, analyze data, and support strategic decisions by identifying opportunities and improving sales strategies. What You Will Do Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer behaviors Analyze sales and market data Monitor competitors and develop comparative analyses Optimize product and service pricing and positioning strategies Prepare reports and presentations on research, forecasts, and analysis Support go-to-market strategies for new offerings Stay updated on market dynamics, regulations, and industry trends Ideal Background Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields At least 2 years of experience in market analysis, preferably in sales or commercial roles Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and market research software Understanding of sales dynamics and business strategies Excellent communication skills in Italian and English Problem-solving and teamwork skills What We Like We value collaboration, multidisciplinarity, attention to detail, proactivity, and teamwork.
