Sales Application Engineer

About the role The employee, reporting to the Sales Department, will be responsible for preparing quotations for special burners requested by Area Managers within the assigned geographical area. Once a purchase order is received, they will coordinate with internal departments involved in the project, from design to final validation, ensuring project targets are met. Key Responsibilities: Collect customer application data. Prepare offers with support from other company functions, including technical configuration, cost estimation, and delivery dates. Provide technical support to customers and sales teams. Organize internal activities for burner delivery, including design, sourcing, production planning, and testing. KPI reporting (win rate, delivery time, etc.). Requirements Minimum qualifications include: An engineering degree (Mechanical, Energy, or similar). Good command of English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Personal Skills: Interpersonal skills for effective communication across departments and with sales teams. Initiative to manage criticalities in a customized product process. Goal-oriented attitude to contribute to sales targets.
