Job Description

Looking for a Director of Finance who will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all financial aspects of a multi-outlet resort that generates approximately $65M in annual revenue. Will report directly to the Owner as well as the Managing Director and will oversee all aspects of the Finance/Accounting Department in a centralized environment. Director of Finance Benefits: Highly competitive Salary 20% Bonus Potential Relocation package (will pay whatever it takes to get the right person) Minimum travel (less than 5%) Director of Finance Responsibilities: To act as a mentor and be very involved in the day-to-day operations of the hotel and the department (4-5 team members). Effectively manage and communicate cash flow related issues. Coordinate the completion of all forecasts and budgets Analyze financial data and operations to assist and advise, maintaining the resort's financial objectives. Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled on a timely basis. Maintain strong relationships with external stockholders, including auditors, banks and financial institutions. Collaborate with department heads and ownership to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives. Director of Finance Requirements: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role with an independent multi-outlet property. Bachelor's or Graduate Degree with an Accounting or Finance concentration. CPA preferred. Comfortable reporting to multiple stakeholders (GM, Director of Business Analytics who is a peer to the DOF, Ownership). Forward-thinking leader. Confident leading locally and across EC teams.
