Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Caregiver to service clients in and around Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, and Boulder area. The hours will vary depending on your availability and client needs. All shifts are 4-12 hours long. We do not have 2 hour shifts. Shifts are not guaranteed. This is not a full-time position. The hours will vary. You must be able to pass a drug test. Key Responsibilities: Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Mobility Support: Aid with transfers and mobility to ensure client safety. Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed. Light Housekeeping: Perform tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living environment. Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in meaningful conversations to reduce feelings of isolation. Medication Assistance: Help clients manage their medications by reminding them of schedules and ensuring proper intake. Transportation: Drive clients to appointments, errands, and social outings when necessary. Health Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the care team. Key Tasks: Accept shifts that are assigned to you on our app specialized for caregivers Assist the client by driving them when needed (if you are a driver) Transport yourself to assigned shifts by car, bus, lyft, etc. Enter caregiver notes for shifts on the app Clock in and clock out using our app for every shift on time Keep your credentials up to date and send them over email or text to keep your profile up to date Collaborate with facility staff, client families, and other caregivers who work with the same client to ensure the client is being cared for Requirements: Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required CPR and PCA certification 2 step TB Test or Chest X-ray Physical Social Security Card Fingerprint Clearance/Background Check Valid driver’s license Car Insurance & 3 year Driving History (if you are driver) Compassionate and patient attitude Benefits: Health Insurance Paid Time Off Referral Program Overtime Pay for Shifts Over 8 Hours Bonus Pay for Shorter Shifts (4 to 5 hours) Flexible Scheduling Mileage Reimbursement when driving a client in your vehicle $15 per hour Supportive work environment.
