Wat je gaat doen As a Production Employee, you will play a vital role in producing sustainable raw materials for a global leader in the agricultural industry. You’ll work in a clean, well-organized facility where quality, hygiene, and safety are always top priorities.Your key responsibilities will include: Supplying raw materials to industrial mixers Monitoring sterilization and inoculation processes in the cleanroom Operating and supervising packaging systems (2.5 kg bags) Recording and checking production parameters to ensure quality standards are met Transporting packaged products internally using a trolley Keeping your work area and equipment spotless through thorough daily cleaningThis is a varied production role in a 2-shift system within a cleanroom environment, where precision and quality come first. We provide: Starting salary: €3,466 gross/month (based on 40 hours/week, incl. 2-shift allowance) Career growth: Potential to progress to a senior operator role, earning up to €4,500 gross/month (incl.
