Product Manager - Scientific Instrument - (X-ray scattering and diffraction techniques)

Key Responsibilities Define and manage the product roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and business strategy Translate technical and scientific challenges into clear product requirements and value propositions Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, marketing, and operations Represent the voice of the customer through direct engagement and feedback collection Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to phase-out Track product performance and drive continuous improvement using key success metrics Ensure compliance with relevant standards, especially in regulated sectors Candidate Profile Master’s or PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field Familiarity with product management concepts and best practices Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or technical development in high-tech or scientific environments Familiarity with X-ray diffraction, X-ray scattering, or related analytical techniques Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience with agile development is a plus Must be based in or willing to relocate to Grenoble, France
