Job title: Contracts Lead (Foundation) Location: Paris, France Client: Operator Employment Type: Renewable Contract About You You’re an experienced Contracts & Procurement professional with strong foundations in contract administration, supplier management, and large-scale procurement. You understand the commercial and legal frameworks of complex infrastructure projects ideally in offshore wind or similar EPC environments. You're confident with tools like Ariba, ERP (MBC), and Microsoft Office. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and your eye for detail make you a trusted partner across project phases. Fluency in English is essential; French or German would be a plus. About the Role As the FOU Contracts Lead, you'll oversee the full pre- and post-award contract lifecycle for the Foundation and Transition Piece packages across several German offshore wind projects. Your scope includes: Leading contract strategy, tendering, supplier evaluations, and negotiations Managing contract execution, payment terms, and compliance Handling claims, variations, and risk mitigation in collaboration with legal and project leads Coordinating with finance, legal, planning, and insurance departments Ensuring accurate documentation and usage of digital procurement tools (ERP, E-sourcing, AGORA) Supporting due diligence, supplier prequalification, and approval workflows Driving performance through KPIs while ensuring internal C&P procedures are followed Regular interaction with project stakeholders and internal procurement teams About the Company Join a global offshore wind project development team that’s shaping the future of renewable energy in Europe.
