Process Engineer

Responsibilities: • Improve the flow of materials, personnel, and transport while meeting plant safety standards. • Lead 5S implementation in coordination with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and process teams. • Analyze KPIs to drive performance and lead continuous improvement in operations. • Promote workplace organization and cleanliness using the 20K’s methodology. • Collaborate through data evaluation and teamwork to achieve productivity, flow, and scrap reduction goals. • Execute lean manufacturing projects focused on continuous flow and operational efficiency. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management. • 3–5 years of experience in process improvement roles. • Fluent English required. • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, 8D’s, NPI, and safety best practices.
