Risk Operations Team Lead

Risk Operations Team Lead Experienced leader overseeing a diverse team of risk analysts in a hybrid role focused on commodities. Responsible for daily P&L and exposure reporting, cargo valuation, pricing, and hedging of complex deals. Key Responsibilities: Drive offshore strategy and align local operations with global objectives. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary risk team (product, credit, market, operational). Ensure accuracy in risk reporting and effective communication with traders and senior stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, IT, finance, HR, and facilities. Optimize systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy. Monitor KPIs, team performance, and succession planning. Profile: 10 years in risk leadership roles within finance and commodities. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. High emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and customer focus. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. The scheme of this position is full time at our clients office in México City. We are open to consider candidates willing to rellocate to Mexico.
