Training Specialist (Medical Industry)

BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe. BEPC has a Ciudad Juarez area OPEN POSITION for Training Specialist to join our fast-growing team of consultants! KEY RESPONSABILITIES: Coordinate and schedule training sessions for employees, including logistics such as room booking, equipment setup, and catering arrangements. Information and document management in PLM platforms (SAP, Arena, Jira and similar) Assist in the development of training materials, presentations and manuals in collaboration with subject matter experts. Work closely with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs and develop customized training programs. Manage training attendance records and track employee progress through various training programs. Conduct post-training evaluations and collect feedback to continually improve training effectiveness. Provide administrative support for training activities, including managing training budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining training databases. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or related field Proven experience in coordinating training programs, preferably in the corporate field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate employees. Experience in PLM platforms (SAP, Arena, JIRA and similar) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems (LMS). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality training experiences. Bilingual (Must) J&J's experience is an advantage.
