How you’ll make an impact Evaluating, selecting, and applying standard techniques, procedures, and criteria for conventional projects with limited complexity. Serving as a design authority within a specific engineering discipline. Collaborating on project installation, commissioning, and site activities, addressing potential issues, and providing technical support. Assisting in project proposals by coordinating documentation, engineering estimates, and conducting risk analysis prior to submission. Managing subcontractor relationships and coordinating with supply chain functions. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contractual requirements in all engineering activities. Leading and coordinating small engineering teams (less than 5 members) across disciplines, both in-house and outsourced, on low-complexity projects. Your Background Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. 5-7 years of relevant experience in GIS (gas insulated switchgear), AIS (air insulated switchgear), or EPC power plants. Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
