Associate Business Designer / Innovation Project Manager

What you'll do As a Business Designer / Innovation Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into validated business opportunities. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, design, and execution, collaborating closely with UX, Design, and Growth teams, as well as with clients and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and validating new business models from opportunity mapping to market testing. Leading value proposition development aligned with user needs and market trends. Manage and execute end-to-end project delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams Facilitating workshops with internal teams and clients using NOBA’s own innovation methodologies. Conducting market research, user interviews, and trend analysis to inform business decisions. Ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle. Preparing clear documentation, reports, and project updates for internal and external use. What we look for: 3 years in business design, venture building or consultancy services. Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills. Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Proficiency in research methods and data synthesis. Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Proactive attitude, great attention to detail. Teamwork oriented. Test & learn mindset. Humble and positive mindset, eager to learn. Barcelona based or willing to relocate. Fluent in Spanish and English.
