What you’ll bring Hands‑on experience taking an AI startup from zero to one Solid track record developing, training and deploying NLP models, think BERT and classic pre‑LLM techniques Expertise with cutting‑edge LLMs and fine‑tuning, including OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, LLaMA and the like Experience building multi‑agent systems Bonus points Background in email marketing Experience generating synthetic data We’re looking for someone with real entrepreneurial drive, grit and a builder’s mindset, who can move fast, deliver prototypes and learn on the fly.
