Join us as a Batter Operator and enjoy the tempting aroma of fresh treats every single day. What are you going to do As a Batter Operator, you're in charge of producing a range of products. You keep the machines running smoothly, carry out quality checks, and quickly tackle any issues that pop up. In this role, you will be responsible for: Weighing raw materials accurately to keep production on track Keeping a close eye on the progress of the production process Taking samples and performing quality checks Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work area Resolving malfunctions and reporting them to the technical department You will work in a 5-shift system, working 6 days in a row followed by 4 days off. Own means of transportation Experience in the food industry Able to communicate effectively in Dutch or English Knowledge of HACCP is a plus Problem-solving skills What do we offer you?
