Wat je gaat doen As a metal worker, you will have an essential role in producing top-quality iron counterweights for our international clients. Your work will be varied, practical, and crucial to our production process. From preparing molds to assisting in casting and finishing products, you’ll work alongside skilled colleagues who value craftsmanship, safety, and team spirit.Your tasks include: Preparing molds according to technical specifications. Safely operating overhead cranes to move heavy castings. Grinding and finishing products to exact dimensions. Applying surface treatments such as sanding and filling. Performing quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards. Collaborating with your team to meet production targets in a positive, supportive atmosphere. You will be working in fixed day shifts from 07:30 to 16:30. Wat we je bieden Competitive starting salary between € 2,950 and € 3,062 gross per month (40 hours per week). Full-time, permanent contract for long-term stability. Fixed daytime hours, Monday to Friday (07:30–16:30) – enjoy evenings and weekends free.
