Job Description: *Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for a * Quality Engineer (f/m)* to join our Quality Engineering Propulsion team based in *Toulouse, France.* You will be part of a team who manages the Quality of Engineering Pylon perimeter. Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking. *Your challenges :* * Cascade down and implement Airbus Quality strategy and objectives within Engineering Pylon domain * Secure the adherence of processes by Engineering Pylon community and secure on-quality of their deliverables * Deploy and facilitate Design Risks Analysis (DFMEA) to prevent design maturity issues * Support and coordinate Design Reviews * Deploy and facilitate Practical Problem Solving (PPS) to eradicate Non-Conformities * Deploy digital means (e.g. Skywise capabilities) to prevent and improve design quality and maturity * Monitor and analyze the quality performance of Engineering Pylon perimeter (e.g. KPIs production, actions plan definition and follow-up) * Widely promote the Quality mindset with the motto: “Quality in all what we do”! *Your boarding pass:* * Engineering background * Knowledge of quality standards, methods and tools * MBSE (Model Based System Engineering) * Languages: Fluent level in French and Negotiation level in English * Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks * Ability to build strong cross functional relationships and communicate effectively with various levels of the organization * Be pragmatic and proactive Not a 100% match?
