Feel free to reach out to me at Divya.Eshwarappa@intelligenzit.com Contract details: Latest Joining date - 1st Sep 2025 Contract Duration -1 Year Location: Hybrid (3 days a week from office) Montpellier France Summary ONSITE Lab Digital Transformation Work with the lab team to understand and resolve user issues related to the Biovia One Lab digital platform, lab methods, and analytical instrument data by troubleshooting queries to ensure smooth functioning of user methods in Biovia One Lab suite Follow up on onsite user queries, create incident tickets, and coordinate with the support team for resolution. Coordinate with Global Super Users to Enhance iLab Support address user queries related to the Biovia One Lab Suite platform Develop and implement customized solutions aligned with user needs, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues tracked on the CISPro Super User Jira board Managing Laboratory Equipment Connectivity and Integration Responsible for establishing and managing connectivity between laboratory equipment and the IG server to enable seamless communication with the ULM software. Involved in method development based on user-specific requirements. Tasks include performing lab equipment testing, interpreting output data. CSU Methods/Activities Migration Facilitate the migration of Cispro Super User activities from DEV to VAL and PRD, ensuring a smooth transition by addressing any issues that arise during the migration process and providing necessary support to the team.
