Responsibilities and Duties Develop educational actions in health and safety, including conducting training sessions (orientation, CIPA, accident prevention, emergency brigade, hearing protection, EPI use, etc.). Participate in inspections and audits. Manage legal documentation related to safety. Record, identify, and analyze workplace and commuting accidents. Implement preventive measures, propose corrective actions to avoid accidents. Guide employees on environmental and operational risks. Perform safety inspections, identify and eliminate unsafe conditions and practices. Distribute and control the use of PPEs and EPCs. Manage safety goals and control safety indicators. Requirements and Qualifications Technical degree in Safety Engineering or equivalent. Knowledge of labor laws, social security, and first aid. Previous experience in a similar role. Availability to work flexible hours.
