Our mission is to enable everyone to build robust solutions in various fields, including IoT, automotive, and aviation, using the next-generation secure embedded Linux operating system. We focus on reliable and secure device recovery mechanisms to simplify and standardize field operations for heterogeneous appliances. Responsibilities Build and lead a distributed team of engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback, and career development. Contribute directly to your team's goals demonstrating sound engineering principles. Support timely delivery of technical solutions to address business needs. Manage expectations with other engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders. Promote modern, agile software development practices and develop organizational practices. Foster a healthy, collaborative engineering culture aligned with company values. Participate in leadership activities and collaborate with other leaders. Work remotely with biannual travel for company events. Qualifications Passion for technology and working with talented people. Curious, flexible, articulate, and accountable. Experience in developing and growing engineering teams. Strong background in software development and management. Experience with embedded software, Golang, C/C++, Shell scripting. Solid understanding of Linux, preferably Debian or Ubuntu. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent. Experience working in agile environments.
