Key performance areas: Plan, coordinate and implement training programmes for City Health Staff Coaching, mentoring and supervision of staff. Participate in the development of self and others Monitor, evaluate and analyse training programmes Collaborating externally and internally with professional and non-professional staff on training matters Apply administrative and reporting procedures about training Attend to diverse functions as requested by Manager Perform functions in an acting capacity.
