Financial Manager

Qualifications, skills and experience required: Bachelors degree in Financial Management, Accounting, or similar Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles 3 5 years post-articles experience in a similar industry such as manufacturing, food production, FMCG, agriculture, etc. Strong understanding of financial principles, legislation and compliance requirements Excellent communication and leadership skills High level of integrity and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Key responsibilities: Preparation of annual financial statements and management accounts Cash flow management and reporting Full function of creditors and debtors Tax submissions and compliance HR administration and payroll oversight Liaising with auditors and preparing audit packs Preparation of budgets and forecasts Conducting variance analysis and providing actionable insights Driving process improvements and financial efficiency Apply if you meet the above requirements and are ready to step into a pivotal finance leadership role.
