Responsibilities: Elicit and document business and reporting requirements. Convert business needs into precise, functional specifications. Map and maintain workflows and procedures. Support project delivery and backlog management within the PMO. Control requirement changes and ensure documentation accuracy. Oversee UAT to confirm features meet business objectives.
