Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure that all machinery is operating at peak performance. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase efficiency. Schedule and supervise repairs, installations, and maintenance of production equipment. Manage the inventory of spare parts and supplies to ensure that critical parts are always available when needed. Ensure that all safety and environmental regulations are followed in the maintenance department. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt production schedules. Develop and manage the maintenance budget. Provide regular reports to senior management on maintenance activities and costs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field. 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role in an FMCG manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and management skills. Computer literacy: Pragma, Oracle, MS Office Experience with preventative maintenance programs. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
