If you are looking for a role to relocate internationally, then this opportunity maybe for you. We are seeking Registered Nurses to work for our client in the Netherlands. This is for a permanent relocation to work in either Geriatric / Handicapped / Special needs care. It is essential that you are open to working within these disciplines for at least 1 year. Duties: Personal care : Assisting with getting up, washing, dressing, toileting, and other aspects of daily hygiene. This also includes putting on and taking off compression stockings. Supporting daily activities such as eating and drinking, moving, and mobility. Guidance and activation: Assisting with activities and daily routines, and encouraging self-reliance. Medical procedures: Administering or assisting with medication (according to protocol), wound care, and giving injections (if authorized). Monitoring and reporting : Observing the clients health condition and detecting any changes. These observations are reported to colleagues and other involved parties, such as physicians and family members. Psychosocial support: Providing a listening ear, offering emotional support, and building a trusting relationship with the client. Family and multidisciplinary contact: Maintaining communication with family members and other professionals, such as physiotherapists and doctors. Contributing to quality of care : Thinking along on improving care quality and suggesting points for improvement. Experience in Geriatric and or disability care Related qualification Dutch proficient - if successful you will go on a dutch course A valid passport - if you do not have one, you will need to apply for one during the process Able to relocate to Holland
